I lost my questions.deno.com account.

i have deleted my old discord account 1y ago, and i lost access to the forum. I still have access to the email i used on my old discord account and since questions.deno.com save discord account's email i can use it to proof ownership. Is it possible to get my access back or to delete my account/data ?
