Deno `install.sh` script stucks at `.zshrc` backup step

While installing deno, the installation gets stuck at zshrc backup step. On first try had to kill the terminal process.
But on the second time the installation succeeded after pressing ReturnReturn key.

Also the loader seems to be broken for that step
