deno not recognized

i am trying to install deno, but when i try to run commands it says deno is not recognized, but if i try to install deno it says it already exists, any guesses?

does the file actually exist at that location? and is that location in echo $env:PATH?

never noticed the replies, seems like i just needed to restart my pc
