Why was Preact used for Deno Fresh instead of Superb Vue.js?
I am curious as to why is all.

React/Preact has more users
Preact was chosen way before I came on board. From the info I can find in past GH discussions, it was chosen, because no other framework allows you to directly plug into the renderer like you can do with Preact. See https://github.com/denoland/fresh/discussions/237#discussioncomment-3043169
