Can't claim postgres database instance on prisma.io

In deno.comm I have 94 databases created into the same prisma instance, but I can't delete them for some reason. When I click on "Claim on Prisma", I get the subscription message and after clicking "Ok" and "Authorize" in the next screen, I get "500 internal server error". How can I solve this issue?
